As a Senior Full-stack Developer (m/w/d) at Vantis, you will play a vital role in revolutionizing the medical domain and shaping the future of healthcare solutions. Your role will involve crafting and delivering innovative products that empower patients and doctors.

With your expertise, you will develop new solutions and accelerate existing offers, ensuring they continue to meet the highest standards of performance and usability that are required in the medical domain. You will also prototype new ideas, exploring how emerging technologies, like artificial intelligence, can be used within the healthcare domain.

• Collaborate with the product team to conceptualize new products and features, translating ideas into actionable development plans.
• Develop and maintain our digital products, including our digital therapy apps (using React Native and TypeScript), our therapy backend (using Python, Django, and PostgreSQL), and interfaces to external measurement devices (e.g. for blood pressure measurements).
• Oversee all aspects of deployment and technical operations, ensuring seamless and secure product performance (using Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform for our Cloud-based infrastructure).
• Leverage data analysis and systematic approaches to enhance the self-improvement capabilities of our products.
• Contribute to a well-organized and professional development environment by maintaining up-to-date architecture, infrastructure, and process documentation.
• Play a crucial role in building and fostering a strong engineering organization and a positive development culture.

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with excellent knowledge of software design principles
• Experience with most of the following technologies: React / React Native, TypeScript, Python, Django, Kubernetes
• English working proficiency with strong communication skills
