Plantura offers you the opportunity to take a look behind the scenes at our warehouse in Puchheim.

This is your role:

You coordinate and functionally lead operational processes in our e-commerce fulfillment center and complete receiving, shipping and packing tasks as needed.
You ensure a smooth onboarding and training of new team members.
In close alignment with warehouse management you support shift planning processes, conduct stand-up meetings and schedule daily assignments.
You have a close eye on performance metrics and support warehouse management in the improvement of operational processes.
You collaborate with our Customer Service and Supply Chain teams.

What you bring

You completed your vocational training in the area of Logistics or a similar area.
You have a minimum of two years experience as warehouse associate, preferably in warehouse logistics.
You speak English on a conversational level and have basic knowledge of German (B1). You enjoy working in a multicultural team environment.
You are a pragmatic problem solver and handle unexpected situations with ease.
You promote a strong health and safety culture.
A forklift driver license is a plus.
