IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

Drive the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring every step aligns with business goals and customer needs.

Collect, analyze, and leverage data insights to make informed decisions that enhance product performance and user satisfaction.

Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and seamless technology solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering trust and alignment across teams.

Develop and execute strategies that prioritize customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

WHAT YOU'LL BE FOCUSING ON DAY-TO-DAY

Create, implement, and oversee product roadmap: Define and execute a technology-driven product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategy.

Requirements Management: Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and user stories for the engineering team.

Collaboration Across Teams: Act as a key link between engineering, product, and business teams to ensure seamless execution.

Prioritization: Balance technical feasibility, customer needs, and business goals to prioritize features and enhancements.

Market Insights: Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends, user needs, and competitive offerings.

Performance Monitoring: Define KPIs and track product performance, iterating on features to achieve optimal results.

Go-to-Market Coordination: Work closely with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful product launches.

Customer Advocacy: Advocate for technical excellence and customer satisfaction at every step of the product lifecycle.

Experience: Several years of product management experience, ideally in a fintech, SaaS, or tech-driven environment.

Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of software development, APIs, and system architecture.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to align technical product strategy with broader business objectives.

Problem-Solving Skills: A track record of solving complex challenges and driving solutions that meet user needs.

User-Centric Mindset: Passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly products.
