In this role, you will offer key support to the Operations team with all the daily operational tasks and contribute to various development projects. Within our team of 5, you will be trained to gain a strong fundamental understanding of the financial industry, concepts and processes in a broad sense.

The ideal candidate is versatile and a strong team player. Exposure to the financial industry is a plus.

What you will do

• Monitor and process corporate actions such as dividends, stock splits, etc.
• Transaction Monitoring
• Manage accounts and process internal payments
• Reconcile (align) trades, positions and cash balances
• Investigate and fix trade, position and cash breaks
• Provide trade support to the first line of defence
• Communicate and collaborate with cash, clearing and trading partners
• Communicate and collaborate with internal teams such as engineering, business intelligence, finance and customer support

• Interest in the investment and financial sectors
• Ability to work in a team
• Eye for detail and quality-driven mindset
• Analytical skills for problem-solving and data interpretation
• Ability to work with Excel/spreadsheets
• Commitment to continuous learning
• Based in the Netherlands and willing to work from our office in Amsterdam

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience working in the financial industry is a plus
• Ability to work with SQL
