We are looking for a Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our BUX team based in Amsterdam.
At BUX we pride ourselves on offering top-notch customer support to our growing customer base. Join our team as a Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Representative to be at the forefront of building strong relationships with our users across Europe.
What will you do
- Cultivate positive relationships with our users, delivering the best possible experience for every interaction
- Efficiently handle customer chats, emails, and phone calls with a high level of quality
- Stay updated on BUX developments and various product offerings to provide accurate information to users
- Help onboard new users to the BUX app, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience
- Gather and report user feedback to improve our services and products in collaboration with other teams
- Provide translations and create content to keep our clients well-informed
- Spotting possibilities to improve our procedures and following through to get
these implemented - Help maintain an accurate knowledge base within the support team
What you need to succeed
- Fluency in Dutch and English is essential, additional European languages are a plus
- Experience working in a customer-facing role
- Exceptional communication skills to connect with our users
- Quick learner and adept problem solver, enabling you to handle various challenges with ease
- Able to work independently but also willing to jump in and help your team as needed
- Available full-time and residing close enough to Amsterdam to work on a hybrid setup
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- A higher educational background to bring depth to your problem-solving skills.
- Interest in financial markets and investing will be advantageous.
