We are looking for a Dutch-Speaking Junior KYC/CDD Analyst to join our BUX team based in Amsterdam.

As a Know Your Customer/Client Due Diligence Analyst, you'll play a key role in managing our client base to ensure we meet KYC, CDD, and AML requirements. Your work will help reduce fraud and mitigate risk, keeping our operations smooth and secure.

We're looking for someone proactive, adaptable, and ready to dive into the data to find ways to improve our processes. Excellent communication skills are a must, as you'll be working closely with our Support, Compliance, and Operations teams, as well as collaborating with other teams involved in onboarding.

What you will do

• Performing KYC checks and assisting clients during the onboarding process
• Contribute to the development and implementation of KYC processes and procedures
• Client screening
• Managing the offboarding of clients
• Ensuring client information changes are handled correctly
• Maintaining manuals and documentation relating to KYC/CDD/AML processes
• Provide advice and guidance to support team regarding KYC/CDD/AML requirements

What you need to succeed

• Interest in and understanding of KYC principles and anti-money laundering regulations
• Eye for detail and quality-driven mindset
• Analytical skills for problem-solving
• Good at managing your time and workload
• Eager to work in a scale-up environment where things constantly evolve
• Fluency in Dutch and English is essential
• Based in the Netherlands and willing to work from our office in Amsterdam

Nice-to-haves

• Higher educational background (i.e. Bachelor or Master degree)
• Previous experience working in the financial industry is a plus
