About the role

As a Paid Media Specialist at Baresquare, you will be at the forefront of the exciting world of Paid Digital Marketing and Analytics. You'll have the opportunity to work with vast datasets, explore emerging technologies in Analytics tools, and collaborate with a major brand based in the UK. Join our team of skilled analysts and contribute to building solutions and providing invaluable insights into our clients' online performance.

The role is based in Thessaloniki, Greece. For this position, we operate in a hybrid, office-first model (at least 3 days/week at the office).

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Paid Search & Paid Social campaigns aligned with business objectives.

• Optimize media spending through data analysis, audience research, and recommendations on targeting, creatives, and budgets.

• Collaborate with Performance Marketing and Customer Journey Managers for effective campaign performance.

• Monitor and analyze KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

• Ensure campaigns meet business objectives, offering insights and optimization recommendations.

• Implement industry best practices and internal digital guidelines consistently.

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and A/B testing opportunities.

• Oversee digital campaign delivery efficiency and implementation.
