Deine Position
You will work on transforming the business of renewable technology installation. With our operations software we streamline ground operations and rooftop installation to speed up the energy transition in private homes and small businesses. Building the next level of intelligence to digitize and optimize our installation business.
As the Technical Delivery Specialist (m/f/d) of our new Human Resources Information System, you will be part of a cross-functional team to shape and roll out our digital system landscape internationally. You will help to create an international rollout strategy for our HRIS, develop a rollout plan for our international markets and execute the plan accordingly.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- You will be part of our Digital Solutions team and support 1KOMMA5° in Germany and our international markets in a smooth transition to our digital system landscape with a strong focus on the rollout of a new centralized HRIS
- You will participate in the development of an international rollout strategy and develop a roadmap for the rollout
- You drive the implementation of the HRIS in Germany and our international markets
- You guide and support the local project team before and during the rollout
- You enable the local teams to transition from their current ways of working into the standardized 1KOMMA5° way of working
- You guarantee to interfere with running business as little as possible
- You make user acceptance of the HRIS tool a top priority
- You ensure rollouts in a timely manner within predefined budgets and deadlines
- You recognize, quickly flag and resolve local issues to ensure a smooth rollout
Dein Profil
- You have a degree in computer science, technology, business administration or a comparable qualification with proven experience in the implementation of an HRIS software solution
- You have approx. 3 to 5 years work experience in IT project management, (in-house) consulting or a track record of relevant projects
- You have proven experience with the implementation and rollout of an HRIS software solution
- You have experience in leading and realizing change within an organization
- You have a strong consulting mindset and are a natural trainer
- Working in interdisciplinary teams motivates you and is fun for you
- You are very structured, solution-oriented and keep a cool head in stressful situations
- You work independently, creatively and are result-oriented with a ‘can-do-attitude’
- Project management qualifications are a plus
- Very good written and spoken English & German skills are mandatory, any other European language is a plus
