Your mission
- Provide empathetic leadership to the growing team of international tech partners (and students)
- Coordinate with end-user groups to determine best actions for support
- Provide remote support employees in other countries and regions
- Coordinate and communicate change management (project rollout)
- Contribute to the global IT strategy and make sure that it is well aligned with company needs
- Use your resilience to collaborate in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Liaise with local staff and stakeholders, to ensure the overriding core focus on IT (specifically with tooling) is extended globally
- Ensure devised SLA’s are maintained
- Automate! Automate! Automate!
- To cross functionally align with key stakeholders in the broader Tech org, to ensure we can capitalize on where overlaps can exist
- Aligning wide-spread changes, as 1k5 expands, adapts and changes
- Be hands on with standard tooling configurations and implementation
- Listening, training and supporting our international user base (L1-L2 support)
Your profile
- Minimum of 8 years of Information Technology industry experience
- Minimum of 4 years in a management role
- Ability to demonstrate design thinking methodology
- Having worked or interned in fast growing start-up environments is a huge plus
- Personally driven by making a greener, cleaner energy sector
- Expertise in designing a highly optimised service desk system
- Expertise in designing realistic SLA’s
- Experience with transformation/change management
- Understanding and management experience with Tech tooling stacks
- English fluency. Other languages are a plus!
