Your mission

As a member of 1KOMMA5°'s Product Innovation team, you play a pivotal role in a visionary and dynamic group committed to revolutionizing the global energy sector. Our team comprises distinct specialists, each wielding unique skills to navigate the frontiers of innovation. Our mission is to identify and deliver compelling value propositions in every market we operate in, prototype and test groundbreaking products, and master the art of product communication both internally and externally.

In your role you will focus on:

  • Product/Market Positioning and Messaging
  • Content Creation and Campaign Execution
  • Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Customer Advocacy Programs
  • Competitor Analysis and Market Trends Monitoring

    Your profile

You have in-depth experience ​with following skills:

Market Positioning: The ability to develop and execute comprehensive market positioning strategies for HEMS products, considering the unique value propositions and competitive advantages within the dynamic energy sector.

Content Creation: Strong content creation skills to develop engaging and informative marketing collateral, including product messaging, website content, case studies, and other materials that resonate with target audiences.

Data Analytics: Skill in utilizing data analytics tools to measure and analyze marketing campaign performance, gather insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies in the energy sector.

Customer Advocacy: The ability to cultivate customer advocacy programs, gather testimonials, and create a positive customer experience that enhances the brand reputation of HEMS products in the energy market.

Market Positioning: The ability to develop and execute comprehensive market positioning strategies for energy solutions, considering the unique value propositions and competitive advantages within the dynamic energy sector.

Additional requirements are:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing roles, with a strong emphasis on developing and executing market positioning strategies for products
  • Proven track record of creating compelling marketing content, including product messaging, website content, case studies, and other materials. A minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation for energy or consumer related products is required.
  • Proven experience in cultivating customer advocacy programs, gathering testimonials, and enhancing the overall customer experience. A minimum of 2 years in roles focused on customer advocacy within the broader energy industry is required.
