Deine Position

In tech we have two main work streams:

• Heartbeat: Building a virtual power plant levering our energy manager “Heartbeat” and evolving the customer experience app around this
• Operating System for installation companies: Digitisation of operations and processes from ground operations to rooftop installations

At 1KOMMA5°, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Delivery Manager/Technical Product Owner to join our growing team. As a Senior Delivery Manager/Technical Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in making sure the engineering teams know where they are heading and how.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Structure and manage one of our biggest development projects including external suppliers
• Own the roadmap and milestones
• Own the business and contractual relationship with one of our main partners
• Make sure business requirements arrive in an understandable and structured way on the development teams desks
• Make sure RFPs are well formulated, structured and understood

Dein Profil

You have:

• A strong drive towards detail and structure
• Extensive of experience of managing complex agile development projects involving various parties
• A proven track record of delivering projects with development organizations on time and in budget
• Extensive experience in structuring RFPs and managing interfaces between different teams efficiently
• An agile and result-oriented mindset, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and teamwork
• Expertise in talking with stakeholders in business terms and understanding the technical implications of their requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in German considered a plus

• Interest in climate tech industry
• Understanding of energy industry
• Experience as a SCRUM master or similar
