We seek an experienced Sales Enablement professional to join our team at Urban Sports. In this role, you will ensure a smooth onboarding experience for our sales representatives, create impactful enablement content, and drive process improvements throughout our B2B Sales organisation.
Your responsibilities
- Partner with sales leadership and management to define enablement needs and priorities
- Ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience for all sales representatives
- Support the creation of Enablement content to facilitate onboarding, including structured slide decks, “One-Pagers”, and Playbooks
- Monitor enablement-specific metrics (like time-to-ramp, and win/loss trends..) to provide proactive and reactive sales support
- Identify and share opportunities for process improvement
- Track and communicate the progress of sales enablement initiatives and pacing to key performance metrics
- Maintain strong collaboration with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Product teams
- Drive adoption and scale of sales productivity tools and identify opportunities to systematize best practices
- Communicate effectively to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and view sales programs and enablement measures as multipliers
What you need to succeed
- You have 4+ years of professional experience in sales enablement for fast-growth software, e-commerce or consulting companies
- You are comfortable in a technology driven, numbers oriented business environment
- You have demonstrated ability to work within a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- You have a strong process orientation & have an efficient and self-organized way of working
- You have experience with either Pipedrive, Salesforce or Hubspot
