Join our Finance Team and drive meaningful impact by elevating our management reporting capabilities to the next level. You'll play a crucial role in establishing seamless collaboration, with focus on partner management, beyond reviewing group target achievements and financial reporting. Shape our growth strategy and steer company profitability while optimizing gross profit margins across our diverse markets.

Your responsibilities

• Provide and enhance our group management reporting
• Business-partner with our partner management team which overlooks our extensive studio partner network
• Conduct data-driven analyses for both mature and emerging markets
• Develop advanced planning models for regular forecasts and business scenarios
• Provide financial and decision-support analytics to executive leadership to support critical business decisions
• Add profitability intelligence into our strategies
• Prepare impactful presentations and analytics for the executive leadership team

What you need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Math, or a related field
• Strong financial background with exceptional analytical skills, along with a sound understanding of financial statements
• Extensive experience in modeling complex driver-based business plans
• Outstanding interpersonal and proactive communication skills, adept at engaging employees of all levels
• Eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment, unafraid to ask critical questions
• Proficiency in interpreting and synthesizing complex data and ideas
