Dario Health is looking for a Senior IT Helpdesk expert to join our team in the India site.

Responsibilities

  • Administer Help Desk Support Software Suites: Lead the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of help desk software, ensuring high levels of service delivery and efficiency.
  • Central Point of Support: Act as the primary liaison between IT teams in India and the US, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Microsoft 365 and Azure AD Administration: Manage and support Microsoft 365 environments, including Azure Active Directory, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and other related services. Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for these solutions.
  • Executive Support: Provide high-level support to company executives, ensuring their IT needs are met promptly and professionally. Maintain excellent communication and relationship management skills to interface effectively with senior leadership.
  • Cross-Team Interaction: Collaborate with various departments and teams to align IT support services with broader organizational goals and customer needs.
  • On-Call Support Rotation: Lead and participate in an on-call rotation, providing critical support during evenings and weekends as necessary.
  • Advanced User Support: Address complex user issues and requests via phone, email, and the Self Service Ticketing System, ensuring timely resolution.
  • IT Project Management: Oversee IT projects, including vendor management, hardware purchasing, and deployment. Ensure successful project delivery in alignment with business requirements.
  • Application support - provisioning and support of common applications used by the business.
  • Network and System Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve network and system issues, providing expert-level troubleshooting and support across the organization.
What you have:
  • Expert Knowledge of Microsoft Solutions: Proficient in Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and related Microsoft IT services.
  • Experience with Autopilot, Apple Business Manager is required.
  • IT Hardware and Software Expertise: Strong background in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining PC hardware/software, including Windows OS and macOS (Mandatory).
  • Experience with Networking: Working knowledge of basic TCP/IP, LAN topology, and dealing with network issues.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage IT projects, work with vendors, and oversee hardware purchasing processes.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Outstanding English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with executives and other senior stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Experience working with and supporting teams across different regions, including the Americas, Europe, Middle East, and other offices.
  • Familiarity with Saas platform is an advantage.
