Here at The Exploration Company, we are developing, producing, and operating Nyx, a modular and reusable space orbital vehicle that can eventually be refuelled in orbit and that can carry cargo - and potentially humans in the longer run.
Role Overview
As our global footprint quickly expands, we are looking for a VISA & Mobility Operations Manager to help streamline and scale our international relocation process, with a dedicated focus on Europe and UAE Areas.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual willing to manage all aspects of TEC Explorers' mobility, including VISA issuance and renewals, and relocation processes. This role is key to enable our global expansion by ensuring a seamless experience for Employees moving across borders to join TEC.
Key Responsibilities

VISAs & Immigration Management
Coordinate and manage VISA applications, renewals, and compliance for international Employees
Liaise with immigration consultants, legal advisors, and government agencies as needed
Maintain accurate records of VISA statuses and expiration dates
Stay informed on changes in immigration laws and regulations across relevant jurisdictions

Relocation Support
Oversee end-to-end relocation processes for new hires and internal mobility
Provide guidance on housing, schooling, and local integration support, including social security enrollment and general fiscal guidance

Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless mobility operations
Act as a point of contact for Employees regarding mobility
Qualifications
Strong understanding of VISA processes and experience working with external immigration authorities; hands-on experience in managing VISA applications, renewals and compliance across multiple jurisdictions and international immigration laws
Proven track record of coordinating Employee relocations, including housing, schooling, and local integration support
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shifting priorities under tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach and the ability to proactively source information to support tasks and objectives
Strong background in managing sensitive employee data and ensuring compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations
Familiarity with travel management systems and HRIS tools is advantageous
Fluency in English and German or French, additional languages are a plus.
