Our Sales Development team is the starting point of SumUp's sales journey, creating new business opportunities and helping thousands of small businesses discover simple and innovative payment solutions.

From our Milan office, you'll help build our outbound sales team for the Italian market, working closely with SDRs, Team Leads, and Field Sales. If you enjoy speaking with people, learning every day, and building a career in sales, this is the place for you.

What you'll do

• Reach out to small businesses through outbound calls to introduce SumUp's payment and POS solutions.
• Qualify potential merchants by understanding their needs and identifying the best sales opportunities.
• Book qualified meetings for the Field Sales team, directly contributing to business growth.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with your team to share best practices and continuously improve our outbound sales approach.
