This is a one-year contract position with the possibility to extend it (up to 20 hours/week).

What you’ll do

  • The purpose of this role is to provide overall support on office management (day-to-day) and internal events
  • Contribute to maintaining a quality work environment.
  • Ensure the relationship with our sub-tenants (contract, invoices, daily relationship / requests)
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of permanent fit-out, furniture renewal/replacement
  • Manage office budget, meeting room reservations/schedules/schedules
  • You will be the key day-to-day contact for service providers and manage the proper delivery/performance of services
  • Participate in the organisation of internal events and the organisation of various travel for the management team

Your profile

  • Self-starter, proactive, with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Great organisational skills
  • You are cheerful and have a communicative energy :)
  • Trustworthy, you will demonstrate a very high level of confidentiality
  • Preferably, you have a minimum of 2 years of education
  • Comfortable with numbers, with a good command of Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch
  • Nice to have: front desk experience
