Senior Logistics Analyst - Americas
Sumup
IT, Operations
Santiago, Santiago Metropolitan Region, Chile
We are the Americas Logistics & Supply Chain team at SumUp, a lean, cross-functional group responsible for end-to-end logistics operations across a complex, multi-country region.
We operate across Brazil, Chile, Colombia, and Peru, managing 3PL and carrier partnerships, inventory health, and the systems that keep our merchants supplied and served. We move fast, deal with real operational ambiguity, and hold ourselves to a high bar for data-driven decision-making. If you thrive in environments where ownership is real and impact is visible, this role is for you.
We're looking for a Logistics Analyst III based in Santiago to take full ownership of the LATAM logistics operation, bridging day-to-day execution with mid and long-term strategic priorities.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end logistics operation for LATAM markets, overseeing 3PL warehouse and carrier partnerships to ensure daily execution and partner performance
- Lead the revamp of the operational control tower, building and maintaining visibility of key health KPIs for senior stakeholders across the region
- Drive process automation and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce manual dependency and optimize system integrations
- Partner with Supply Chain, Product, and GTM teams to support inventory health, stock availability, and demand planning across Chile, Colombia, and Peru
- Collaborate with Brazil and US operations teams to share best practices, align on strategy, and ensure smooth cross-market execution
You'll Be Great for This Role If
- You bring advanced English proficiency and feel confident communicating and presenting to global, cross-functional teams.
- Your SQL skills are advanced — you write, optimize, and review complex queries independently, without breaking a sweat.
- You translate operational data into clear, actionable insights using data visualization tools such as Tableau, making complexity digestible for non-technical audiences.
- You are a self-starter who proactively identifies problems, structures solutions, and takes full ownership of outcomes.
- Navigating multi-country logistics environments comes naturally to you, and you manage competing stakeholder priorities with confidence and clarity.
Nice to have:
- You have hands-on experience with ERP platforms (preferably SAP) and logistics tools such as WMS or TMS.
- Familiarity with financial data, cost tracking, and budget management within a logistics or operations context is a plus.
