As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the first point of contact with future SumUp merchants, introducing them to a product that actually makes a difference.

💼 What you’ll do

  • Reach out proactively via outbound calls to understand needs and assess fit.
  • Qualify merchants and explain how SumUp can support them.
  • Book high-quality appointments for Field Sales.
  • Use outbound tools, lists, and past data to engage new prospects.
  • Drive deal generation by ensuring a healthy pipeline.

  • Have strong communication skills and a confident phone presence.
  • Are fluent in German and English.
  • Bring customer-facing experience in a fast-paced setting.
  • Are comfortable starting conversations from scratch.
  • Have cold calling resilience.
  • Sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
