As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the first point of contact with future SumUp merchants, introducing them to a product that actually makes a difference.
💼 What you’ll do
- Reach out proactively via outbound calls to understand needs and assess fit.
- Qualify merchants and explain how SumUp can support them.
- Book high-quality appointments for Field Sales.
- Use outbound tools, lists, and past data to engage new prospects.
- Drive deal generation by ensuring a healthy pipeline.

- Have strong communication skills and a confident phone presence.
- Are fluent in German and English.
- Bring customer-facing experience in a fast-paced setting.
- Are comfortable starting conversations from scratch.
- Have cold calling resilience.
- Sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
