We’re hiring: Territory Manager – Cologne

Now, we’re growing our Field Sales network in Cologne and are looking for a Territory Manager to lead, inspire, and expand our team of self-employed Field Sales Consultants (FSCs). You’ll be their go-to partner — enabling their success, keeping them motivated, and ensuring they thrive in the field — while also selling alongside them to truly understand the local market.

🚀 Your Mission

• Lead from the front: Actively sell SumUp’s POS and card readers in the field to build strong market knowledge.

• Grow & manage freelancers: Recruit, onboard, and support 20–30 self-employed FSCs across Germany.

• Coach & enable success: Train, guide, and provide feedback to ensure consultants hit their sales targets.

• Own your territory: Drive local brand visibility, customer acquisition, and sales growth.

• Optimize performance: Monitor KPIs, analyze results, and share insights with HQ to refine strategy.

🧩 We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a strong track record in field sales & direct selling.

• Brings experience in managing freelancers or commission-based teams.

• Is entrepreneurial, performance-driven, and thrives in fast-paced environments.

• Understands the needs of small business owners and how to build trust with them.

• Is data-savvy and confident with CRMs and sales tools.
