🚀 We’re hiring: Field Sales Territory Manager (Berlin)

🌍 Location: Berlin, Germany

💼 Contract: Permanent, full-time

Now, we’re looking for an entrepreneurial Field Sales Territory Manager to drive our growth in Berlin and lead a local sales force to success.

🔥 Your Mission

  • Lead from the front: Proactively sell SumUp’s POS and card readers in the field to deeply understand the local market.

  • Build and lead: Recruit, onboard, and coach a team of 10–15 commission-based Field Sales Representatives.

  • Scale with impact: Grow our presence in Berlin by expanding into new cities and territories.

  • Drive performance: Set clear targets, monitor KPIs, and continuously improve sales effectiveness.

  • Act as a founder: Be the local market expert, represent the brand, and provide insights to HQ.

🧠 We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong track record in field sales / direct selling.

  • Brings experience leading freelance or commission-based teams.

  • Is entrepreneurial, resilient, and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • Understands the needs of small businesses and local merchants.

  • Is performance-oriented, data-driven, and loves hitting ambitious targets.

  • Speaks fluent German and English.
