We’re now looking for a motivated Working Student (Werkstudent\*in) to join our Operations & Fleet Management team in Berlin for 6 months. This is an exciting chance to gain hands-on experience in operations at a fast-growing fintech scale-up.
🚀 Your Mission
You’ll be the operational backbone supporting our Field Sales team.
Fleet Management: Take ownership of our fleet operations (allocation, communication, maintenance, handovers).
Knowledge Infrastructure: Improve our internal Notion setup and streamline information flow (e.g., OKR tracking).
Procurement Support: Assist in procurement workflows, POs, vendor records, and templates.
Special Projects: Jump into cross-functional or ad hoc tasks with high business impact.
🧩 Your Profile
Currently enrolled at a university in Berlin (Business, Operations, Management, or similar fields).
Experience with digital tools (Notion, G Suite, procurement or admin tools).
Highly organized with excellent follow-through.
Fluent in German and English.
Entrepreneurial mindset: reliable, communicative, persistent, and hands-on.
Availability: 15–20 hours per week for 6 months.
