Team Description

Our Compensation team partners closely with Talent, Finance, and Leadership to design programs that attract and retain top talent across the globe. As a Compensation Specialist, you’ll take full ownership of building and evolving the company’s global compensation strategy, setting the foundation for scalable, fair, and competitive practices.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and implement global and regional compensation frameworks and processes.

  • Partner globally with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Finance teams to ensure compensation structures align with business objectives and market conditions.

  • Advise on complex compensation cases, including promotions, offers, retention packages, and equity refreshes.

  • Conduct regular market benchmarking and salary surveys to maintain competitive compensation ranges.

  • Ensure adherence to global, regional, and local compensation laws and regulations.

  • Support audits, compliance checks, and risk assessments related to pay practices.

  • Create dashboards, reports, and insights to guide leadership decisions on pay and incentives.

You’ll be great for this role if

  • You have solid experience in compensation strategy, salary benchmarking, and incentive design.

  • You are confident working with large datasets and using Excel/Google Sheets for modeling and analysis.

  • You have a solid understanding of statistical concepts relevant to compensation, such as percentiles and regression analysis.

  • You are a clear and empathetic communicator who can explain data-driven insights to non-technical audiences.

  • You are proactive, pragmatic, and comfortable working across global teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • You have advanced English communication and writing skills.

Nice to have

  • You speak Spanish or another European language (e.g., German, French, Italian).

  • You have experience with SQL or similar tools for data extraction.

  • You’ve worked on global compensation programs and understand the nuances of local compliance.

  • You have prior experience in a compensation consulting role or working with external comp advisory firms.
