We're currently searching for a Associate Talent Acquisition Partner who will support the growth and development of our Brazilian business. SumUp Brazil is on a growth trajectory, and the successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting the technical and business recruitment for our Market.

What you'll do:

  • Pipeline Management: Create and maintain a quality pipeline of candidates

  • Stakeholder Partnership: Work with hiring managers to evaluate and structure hiring needs

  • Talent Acquisition: Drive every stage of the recruitment process (end-to-end), making accountable hiring decisions

  • Process Improvement: Leverage current trends in active sourcing and recruiting to enhance local pipelines

  • Project Management: Ensure continuous optimization and development of the global recruitment team and processes

  • Diversity and Inclusion: Develop strategies to foster an inclusive workplace culture and diverse teams

You'll be great for this role if:

  • Experience with technical positions and high-volume recruiting in a consultancy or fintech environment

  • A deep understanding of decentralized, flat, autonomous, globally distributed, and multicultural company environments

  • Strong business acumen to understand market needs and different teams, coaching stakeholders accordingly

  • A data-driven approach with strong project management skills

  • Excelent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Problem-solving mindset

  • Capability to manage changes and maintain a high bar for talent density

  • Strong communication skills and fluency in Portuguese and English
