At SumUp, we want to create products that improve the lives of small business owners around the globe. To enable us to achieve our mission, we are seeking a Revenue Analytics Lead who will play a crucial role in empowering our global go-to-market (GTM) teams to scale and enhance revenue growth for SumUp by strengthening our global Revenue Operations (RevOps) team as well as our global Data Analytics chapter.

We are on a mission to build the ultimate go-to-market engine. Our goal is to accurately and precisely measure our acquisition channels, identifying which channels are bringing in which merchants using which products or services. This will allow our GTM teams to increase efficiency and time-to-market, gain a deeper understanding of our acquired customers and enable data-driven optimization decisions. To do so, teams need effective data and analytics capabilities to establish proper tracking and attribution of sales, customer acquisition costs (CAB/CAC), and revenue generation (NR/ARR).

In this role, you will lead a team that delivers insights across all GTM channels, build a source of truth for revenue teams and help architect our growth model. You will provide thought leadership and data support on the design, execution, and measurement of experiments and channel tests. You will also uncover performance gaps and surface opportunities to maximize impact and provide hands-on support for one or more of our acquisition channels.

What you’ll do

  • Team Management: You will set goals, provide feedback, and ensure that the team is working effectively. You will be responsible for developing the skills of team members, providing training and mentorship to help them grow in their roles.

  • Insight Generation: You will analyze data to identify trends and insights that can be used to make business decisions. You will be in charge of building data products to align multiple channels and funnels (Websales, Sales Led, S&P, Retail).

  • Project Management: You will define the scope for large and complex projects, set roadmaps, and ensure on-time delivery.

  • Stakeholder Management: You will work closely with stakeholders across the GTM and Commercial functions to understand their data needs and provide insights and decision support.

  • Talent Development: You will be responsible for developing the skills of team members, providing training and mentorship to help them grow in their roles.
