SEO Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
Coordinate and support SEO freelancers and Wordpress developer in executing key initiatives.
Optimize on-page and technical SEO elements, including meta tags, site structure, and schema markup.
Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, SEO-optimized content.

CRO:
Analyze user behavior and website performance to identify bottlenecks in the conversion funnel.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize landing pages and user flows to increase conversion rates.
A/B test hypotheses to validate improvements in user experience and conversion metrics.

Analytics & Reporting:
Analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs and Mixpanel.
Assist the CMO with ad-hoc analytical requests, providing insights that help identify opportunities for driving growth and optimizing performance.
Present performance reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
Partner closely with our performance marketing freelancer, offering analytical and strategic recommendations that drive alignment with our growth KPIs.
Foster synergy between organic and paid channels to amplify overall marketing performance.

Affiliate Marketing:
Collaborate with the affiliate marketing team, offering a fresh, analytical perspective and entrepreneurial approach to identify growth opportunities and enhance performance.

Campaign Ownership:
Lead organic growth projects and campaigns from concept to execution.
Identify and resolve challenges proactively, providing innovative, solution-focused approaches.
Your profile
5+ years of experience in B2C marketing, with a strong focus on SEO and organic growth strategies.
Proven track record of driving significant traffic and engagement through organic channels.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, including marketing freelancers, web developers, and designers.
Excellent project management skills with experience handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience in content marketing, link-building strategies, and user experience optimization.
You are fluent in English (speaking and writing).
Experience in e-learning, music, or games is a plus.
