• Help research new marketing opportunities that support the team goals

• Help optimize our blog using tools such as Wordpress and Canva

• Support the team managing social media and suggest new ideas/projects to engage with the audience

• Support asset creation including flyers, banners etc for our partners

• Set up newsletters, comms and other conversion driven marketing activities

• Create reports using analytics tools that help support marketing decisions and priorities

• Support all marketing campaigns, events and acquisition/conversion activities

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Music or related field

• Versatile self-starter: excellent problem-solving skills, creative, very organized, and a strong work ethic

• Very good understanding of our customer, the music learner, and the whole music education/technology space

• Comfortable multitasking and working in an agile team environment

• Strong allround communication skills

• Thorough knowledge and avid user of social media

• Business fluent English is a must, German is a plus

• Personal or professional experience with music is a bonus
