This covers user tests, flowcharts, wireframes, low-fidelity mockups, usable prototypes, detailed concept specifications, and motion design principles. You also have a keen eye for voice over experience and UX writing.
Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with users, product owners and engineers. Collaborate with the product design team, Lead Product Designer, CEO, Product Owners, and our Director of Instrumental Teaching to deliver intuitive user designs.
You manage freelancers and agencies.
You develop motion design guidelines and brief external video editors and motion designers
Stay updated on design trends and introduce new design tools and workflows to the team
You have 2 - 5 years of experience designing user interfaces in a fast-paced agile team, building apps used by thousands.
Your designs have a proven track record of impacting company KPIs and user engagement.
You are an enthusiastic professional with proven experience as a designer working on products with strong focus on UX/UI. Degree or similar in the field is a plus.
You are proficient in today’s graphic creation and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Suite. Animation tools (e.g. AfterFX) a big plus.
Experienced in building well-organized design systems.
You love to build lean prototypes hands-on and observe the impact in user interviews.
You balance organizational excellence and process knowledge with a creative approach.
You are fluent in English (speaking and writing); German is a plus.
Experience in e-learning, music, B2C SaaS or games is a plus.
The ability to work in a cutting-edge field, with some of the best people in music-tech.
