Job Description
The Essence of Your Role
- Capture the Market: You own the full sales cycle from initial pitch to closing. We have strong traction and high conversion rates—your job is to scale this.
- Build the Playbook: Working directly with the Head of claim.me and the CEO, you define how we sell, whom we target, and how we disrupt the manual claims space.
- Leverage the Engine: Collaborate with our growth engineer to fuel your pipeline and represent claim.me at key industry events and webinars.
- Outcome-focused Selling: You don’t sell "software seats"; you sell "recovered revenue" and efficiency.
Qualifications
What you need to succeed
- The Hunter Mindset: You have 1+ years of experience in B2B SaaS/Tech Sales (ideally in a fast-paced or early-stage environment).
- Logistics or E-com DNA: You understand the pain points of online retailers (or you are a fast learner who can master the logistics space quickly).
- Closing Power: You are comfortable pitching to C-Level/Heads of Logistics and know how to navigate complex decision-making processes.
- Language: Business-fluent German (C2) is required as you'll be building and managing commercial relationships across the DACH region. Strong English skills are essential for collaborating with our international team.
- Entrepreneurial Drive: You don't wait for a manual; you build the manual.
