Job Description
Join our Product Consulting & Support team and get an experience firsthand of how a fast-paced logistics tech company operates. In this role, you’ll act as a bridge between internal teams, external partners, and customers, helping to resolve product-related issues and contribute to improving our solutions.
You will have the opportunity to work in a very supportive team, and collaborate with multiple departments and gain a holistic understanding of how our teams work together to deliver cutting-edge logistics software.
We are looking for a colleague based in Berlin, available to support us 4 hours each working day for a minimum of one year.
The essence of your role:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for our team members to resolve software and data issues for our B2B customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Being a link between the business and technical teams when it comes to incident management for our digital products
- Using internal tools to analyse data from customers and vendors we work with
- Working closely with internal operations and IT teams, as well as our external partners, and providing feedback on incoming requests
- Following up on appointments by advising internal teams about necessary bug fixes or feature requests
Qualifications
This is what you need to succeed:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program and available to work 20 hours per week
- Good analytical skills, with an affinity for data analysis and data processing
- Eager to find solutions and take ownership
- We work collaboratively but vastly independently: we look for a reliable, proactive, and hands-on team member
- Fluent in English, German language skills are beneficial too, but not required
