Job Description
Are you a student with a passion for warehouse logistics who’s eager to gain hands-on experience and learn from experts at a leading e-commerce logistics company?
Seven Senders is looking for a motivated Working Student to join our Logistics Operations team. This is a unique opportunity to apply your academic knowledge to real-world operational challenges, offering you valuable experience in a professional and supportive team. With flexible working hours designed to fit your university schedule, you'll have a direct impact on our core operations by helping to monitor and optimize processes at our partners' warehouse facilities.
The essence of your role:
- Monitor daily sortation processes at partner warehouses and support the tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) for accuracy and productivity.
- Assist in daily communication between Seven Senders and our warehouse partners to resolve operational queries.
- Contribute to the successful onboarding of new customers and operational setups by assisting with process checks and documentation.
- Analyze operational data and help prepare regular performance reports and updates for the senior team members.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements within the warehouses and collaborate with the team to suggest solutions.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring:
- You are currently enrolled as a student in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. You can work for a minimum of one year as a working student.
- You have a genuine passion for e-commerce logistics, warehouse operations, and finding ways to make processes more efficient. First experience in a logistics environment is a plus.
- You possess a proactive, hands-on mindset and strong organizational skills, allowing you to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- You are fluent in both English and German (written and spoken), enabling clear communication with all stakeholders.
- You are open to occasionally visiting our local partner warehouses to gain practical, on-the-ground insights.
