Job Description

The successful collaboration with last-mile logistics partners (Courier, Express, and Parcel Services) across Europe forms the foundation of our business. We offer our customers a tailored selection of high-quality carriers for the "last mile" to their customers.

In this position, you’ll lead a team of three Logistics Operations Specialists and report directly to the Head of Logistics. You’ll be the key operational interface between Seven Senders and our Last Mile carrier network, ensuring seamless daily performance, strong collaboration, and a consistently high service level for our clients across Europe.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing logistics operations team

  • Manage and optimize relationships with our Last Mile delivery partners across Europe

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and support partners in resolving issues quickly and efficiently

  • Monitor partner performance (KPIs, SLAs) and continuously improve quality and reliability

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Implementation, Customer Service, Finance, etc.) to ensure smooth end-to-end operations

  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and drive scalable solutions

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

  • A university degree in business administration, economics, logistics, or a comparable field of study.
  • Comprehensive experience and a solid understanding of logistics processes, with a preference for last-mile logistics background.
  • At least 1–2 years of leadership experience, combined with a genuine passion for guiding and empowering a motivated team.
  • Fluency in both German (C1/C2 level or equivalent) and English (C1/C2 level or equivalent) to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A hands-on, proactive mindset and a high sense of ownership
