Job Description
Join our Product Consulting & Support team and experience the best of both worlds: internal collaboration and direct customer engagement. You’ll act as a key link between our internal teams and clients, helping solve product-related issues and improving how our solutions are understood and used.
The essence of your role:
Product Support (50%):
- You will act as the first point of contact for our team members to resolve software and data issues for our B2B customers and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
- You will be the link between the business and technical teams when it comes to incident management for our digital products.
- Use internal tools to analyse data from customers and vendors we work with.
- Work closely with internal operations and IT teams, as well as our external partners, and provide feedback on incoming requests.
Product Consulting (50%)
- Prepare customer appointments, for example, by analysing shipment data or researching industry information.
- Conduct demos and trainings.
- Follow up on appointments, for example, by forwarding customer feedback to our product teams.
Qualifications
This is what you need to succeed:
- You are enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's degree program and can work 15-20 hours per week.
- You’re motivated to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international logistics environment and deepen your understanding of digital products along the way.
- You’re comfortable communicating with customers, identifying their needs, and providing clear, helpful guidance that adds value.
- Good analytical skills; affinity for data analysis and data processing.
- You communicate confidently with customers in German (native level or equivalent) and can express yourself clearly in written English (B2 level or higher), enabling you to navigate our international work environment with ease.
