Our Partner Operations Team at Seven Senders consists of a group of international colleagues who bring a wealth of expertise to overcome the operational challenges of partnerships with last-mile logistics providers across Europe. Our team thrives on collaboration, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the daily performance of these partnerships. In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to actively monitor operations, solve real-world logistics challenges, and build strong, productive relationships with CEP service providers. Together, we aim to create success for our customers, our carriers, and our team.

The essence of your role

• Take complete ownership of developing and nurturing partnerships with last-mile service providers in the French region, working with a high degree of independence.
• Lead the implementation of carrier-customer relationships, ensuring seamless integration and service delivery, with complete autonomy in decision-making.
• Directly drive the enhancement and refinement of services provided by carriers, focusing on continuous improvement and leveraging independent judgement.
• Independently organise and execute regular business reviews with service providers, taking charge in assessing performance and pinpointing opportunities for growth.
• Provide self-directed operational support to service providers in their daily activities, with a strong focus on monitoring performance and offering strategic guidance for improvements.
• Act as the principal operational contact for carriers, autonomously coordinating with internal teams such as integration, customer service, and finance to ensure cohesive and effective operations within the region.
  
  

This is what you need to succeed

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistics, or a related field
• Experience in Logistics, preferably in last-mile delivery services
• Excellent knowledge of Supply Chain processes and data analysis skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with database queries
• Fluency in Business English and French
