We are looking for an experienced Junior Bid Manager & Business Operations Coordinator professional to lead end-to-end tender and proposal processes for strategic projects, while supporting the Sales team in identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Bid Management

  • Lead end-to-end responses to tenders, RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and strategic proposals.
  • Analyze tender documents, identify requirements, risks, contractual obligations, gaps, and clarification points.
  • Build and manage bid plans, timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional responsibilities.
  • Write, edit, consolidate, and review high-quality proposal documents in English.
  • Ensure full compliance, accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of all bid materials.
  • Manage document versions and conduct comprehensive quality reviews.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Serve as the central coordinator between Sales and Product & Engineering, Operations & Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and other relevant functions.
  • Translate customer requirements into clear internal actions and identify gaps, risks, and dependencies.
  • Drive alignment and execution across stakeholders without direct authority.

Pre-Sales Support

  • Conduct market, customer, project, and competitor research to support strategic opportunities.
  • Support opportunity qualification and initial assessment of customer needs and product fit.
  • Prepare market overviews, competitive analyses, customer intelligence, and sales-enablement materials.
  • Support Sales in preparing for strategic customer engagements and commercial discussions.
  • Translate research and market information into clear, actionable business insights.
  • Note: This is a non-technical Pre-Sales role. The position focuses on commercial, operational, administrative, and cross-functional support throughout the sales and bidding process. No technical sales or engineering background is required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative, operational, project coordination, tenders, proposals, or similar role
  • Exceptional English proficiency, particularly in reading, writing, and professional drafting
  • Ability to read, understand, and summarize lengthy and complex documents.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify requirements, gaps, inconsistencies, and potential risks.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders and support cross-functional processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn.
  • Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to grow professionally.
