Description

Regulus is an agile defense-tech startup tackling the most complex challenges in counter-drone and uncrewed defense. With hundreds of combat-proven systems deployed by the IDF and global partners, we are now engineering the next generation of C-UxS (Counter-Uncrewed Systems). We leverage advanced electronic warfare and kinetic measures to detect and neutralize hostile threats. If you want to push technological boundaries while safeguarding Israel and our allies, join us at this pivotal stage of our growth.

This is a unique opportunity to join a company at a pivotal growth stage and help shape its products, culture, and future.

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain Specialist with a strong focus on Production Planning and Delivery Ownership. In this critical role, you will manage the complete operational lifecycle: creating production and procurement schedules, collaborating with stakeholders, managing detailed pre-delivery preparations and executing final customer shipments. Our ideal candidate is highly systematic, thrives in independent data management, and possesses a strong sense of accountability to proactively ensure products are built and delivered on time and in full.

Key Responsibilities

* Own and manage production schedules to ensure manufacturing perfectly aligns with R&D timelines and customer demand.

* Manage the complete delivery lifecycle, from pre-delivery preparations to planning, tracking, and executing final customer shipments.

* Coordinate purchasing needs, ensure raw material availability, and strictly oversee all raw material and finished goods inventory.

* Take full responsibility for processing and managing customer, production, and R&D orders independently within the company's data systems.

* Consistently produce accurate, proactive, and timely reports on production status, supply forecasts, payment status, and delivery readiness.

* Independently identify, flag, and resolve data discrepancies or operational gaps across the entire procurement-to-delivery pipeline.

* Maintain highly systematic workflows, ensuring exceptional organization, thorough documentation, transparency, and consistent achievement of delivery KPIs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain, delivery operations, or a similar operational role, within a multidisciplinary company.
  • Strong project management mindset with a track record of owning processes from the planning phase through execution and delivery.
  • Ability to work with complex data, ERP/CRM systems, and generate actionable reports.
  • Deep understanding of how to balance raw material availability, supplier selections and alternatives, production constraints, and customer deadlines.
  • High standard for order, meticulous documentation, and cross-team communication.
  • Self-motivated, independent worker who takes initiative to flag and solve problems before they escalate.
