We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager-EU to lead business development and sales efforts in the German defense and aerospace markets. The ideal candidate will possess a technical or military background in GNSS, radar, RF, or related electronic systems, combined with strong interpersonal and commercial skills.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify, engage, and manage relationships with customers in the defense, aerospace, and homeland security sectors across Germany and Europe.
● Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and achieve revenue goals.
● Understand customer technical requirements and translate them into actionable proposals in collaboration with the engineering and product teams.
● Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
● Support bid and proposal activities, including pricing, contract negotiation, and partnership development.
● Maintain strong awareness of market trends, competitors, and procurement programs within the defense and radar ecosystem.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline (Master’s preferred).
● Proven experience in sales or business development within the GNSS, RF, radar, EW (Electronic Warfare), or defense electronics domains.
● Prior military service in a technical or operational role related to radar or communication systems – highly advantageous.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
● Strong network within the German defense industry and familiarity with procurement channels (e.g., Bundeswehr, BAAINBw, system integrators).
● Self-driven, strategic thinker with the ability to operate independently and as part of an international team.
● Willingness to travel within Germany and internationally as required.
