Description

Regulus is an agile defense-tech startup tackling the most complex challenges in counter-drone and uncrewed defense. With hundreds of combat-proven systems deployed by the IDF and global partners, we are now engineering the next generation of C-UxS (Counter-Uncrewed Systems). We leverage advanced electronic warfare and kinetic measures to detect and neutralize hostile threats. If you want to push technological boundaries while safeguarding Israel and our allies, join us at this pivotal stage of our growth.

This is a unique opportunity to join a company at a pivotal growth stage and help shape its products, culture, and future.

We are seeking a Senior R&D Assembly Technician to support the development and integration of advanced kinetic interception systems. • Build and validate prototypes, jigs, and ground support equipment

• Execute system tests, troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and integration faults

• Perform system-level validation tests prior to field deployment

• Support flight trials, ground tests, and operational demonstrations

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions in collaboration with engineering teams

• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring schematics, and assembly documentation

• Perform soldering and component-level rework as required

• Work closely with prototype manufacturers

Requirements

• Practical Engineering diploma in Mechatronics, electrical or Mechanical Engineering - Must

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in R&D assembly, integration, or defense systems - Must

• Proven experience assembling and testing complex electro-mechanical systems - Must

• Experience in system testing and multidisciplinary fault isolation

• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics and technical documentation in English

• Soldering and component-level troubleshooting experience

• Strong ownership, precision, and discipline in safety-critical environments

• Ability to work independently in lab and field environments under operational pressure
