About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Regulus, you won’t just fill positions — you’ll help shape the team, the culture, and the company’s future.

You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle for some of the most critical roles in the organization — including Engineering, Product, and Operations — partnering directly with the company’s leadership and hiring managers.

This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves building processes from the ground up, and wants to make a meaningful impact in a growing defense tech company where every hire truly matters.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top-tier talent.
  • Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define requirements, success profiles, and hiring strategies.
  • Build scalable sourcing pipelines to consistently engage with exceptional candidates.
  • Collaborate across Engineering, Product, and Operations to align hiring priorities with business goals.
  • Create an outstanding candidate experience and craft compelling employer branding that reflects Regulus’s mission and culture.
  • Use data and insights to improve recruiting efficiency, quality, and decision-making.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline to support future growth.You’re a Great Fit If You

  • Have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech or fast-growing startup environments.
  • Have recruited for multi-disciplinary roles (Engineering, Product, Operations, AI) and know how to identify exceptional talent.
  • Are a strong communicator and relationship-builder, trusted by both stakeholders and candidates.
  • Thrive in dynamic, ambiguous environments where you can build systems and structure from scratch.
  • Have a keen eye for talent and a clear philosophy on what separates the exceptional from the great.

Even Better If You

  • Bring a strong network in the defense tech ecosystem (e.g., experience with Rafael, Elbit, IAI, or similar organizations).
  • Use data to guide hiring decisions and remove bottlenecks.
  • Have experience building recruiting functions and scaling teams from early stage to growth.
