Team
Your Responsibilities
- Support and grow partnerships: Build and maintain day-to-day relationships with our partner banks, ensuring smooth collaboration and supporting shared success—including participating in in-person meetings.
- Understand and enable: Develop a solid understanding of each bank’s requirements and help align them with Raisin’s platform, working closely with our marketing, distribution, and partner teams to help unlock growth.
- Contribute to impactful projects: Assist with special initiatives—from launching new savings products to supporting strategic rollouts—and play an active role in delivering value to our partners.
- Collaborate globally: Work with colleagues across different markets and teams on key projects, helping to bring structure and clarity to team goals.
- Create transparency: Track, monitor, and report on partnership progress and project outcomes, keeping internal stakeholders aligned and informed.
- Ensure operational excellence: Take ownership of keeping product information and documentation accurate and up to date, ensuring our daily systems run seamlessly.
Your Profile
- 1–2 years of experience (including relevant internships) in consulting, banking, or financial services, with a strong desire to learn how to manage professional stakeholders.
- Excellent English and German communication skills, with the confidence to communicate clearly and professionally across teams.
- Strong academic background in business, finance, economics, or a similar field.
- Structured problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- A growth mindset, proactive attitude, and a strong willingness to be hands-on and dive into the details.
