Your Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted sparring partner to senior leaders across departments such as Engineering and Product, including C-level executives, VPs, and senior managers.
- Advise and empower leaders on people strategy, organizational design, performance, and talent planning.
- Resolve complex employee relations matters, provide guidance on labor law and actively support change and transformation initiatives.
- Translate business strategy into impactful people initiatives that drive performance and engagement.
- Leverage people data and insights to identify trends, risks and inform decision-making.
- Maintain strong operational proximity to your business functions, ensuring responsive, hands-on support across all People & Culture topics.
- Partner closely with People Operations to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions across the whole employee lifecycle.
- Contribute to and lead strategic People & Culture projects e.g., on Compensation & Benefits, or Performance Management.
- Collaborate with the wider People & Culture team (peer HRBPs, People Operations, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Office Management, Tools & Solutions) to shape and continuously evolve the P&C function.
Your Profile
- University Degree or a similar qualification with a focus on human resources, business administration, organizational psychology or a similar qualification.
- Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a multinational, fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience supporting large business units (200+ employees) across multiple locations, including both internal employees and outsourced staff.
- Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, VPs, and Directors.
- Experience supporting Engineering and Product organizations is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of German labor law and the German market; experience with international contexts (UK, US, Spain, Italy) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle and the strategic role of HRBPs across all People & Culture processes.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate, challenge and guide diverse stakeholders; confident decision-maker with strong communication skills.
- Proven ability to leverage data, insights, and trends to inform strategic decisions; strong analytical mindset with affinity for AI.
- Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on and operationally involved.
- Coaching, mediation, moderation, or organizational consulting training and experience is advantageous.
- Business-fluent English required; German language skills are a plus.
