Our vision is to offer savings and investments without barriers and thus open up the global +150 trillion euro market.

Raisin works with over 300 banks. Today, the platform holds over 75 billion euros in assets from around one million customers which have accrued over 5 billion euros in interest with their investments.

Team

The Business Continuity Management (BCM) function is part of the 2nd Line of Defence and sits within the Compliance department. The team defines the bank-wide framework, policies, and procedures for business continuity and operational resilience, ensuring a consistent approach across the organisation. It promotes effective continuity and resilience planning and reviews and monitors how continuity measures are implemented across the bank.

  • Facilitate alignment between Business Continuity Management (BCM) and IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM)
  • Support the preparation of management reports and presentations for committees and executive stakeholders

  • Demonstrated ability to structure complex topics, work independently, and drive cross-functional alignment
  • Well-organised, hands-on working style with solid project management skills and familiarity with modern collaboration and workflow tools
