Team
As a Working Student, you will support the team in day-to-day activities and ongoing initiatives and gain hands-on insight into how partnerships are managed in a regulated banking and fintech environment.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will support the team with operational, analytical, and coordination tasks related to business development and compliance topics.
Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting the coordination and execution of partnership-related initiatives and projects
- Assisting with the preparation, documentation, and follow-up of meetings with internal stakeholders
- Helping to maintain and structure documentation related to partners, contracts, and processes (e.g. presentations, overviews, trackers)
- Supporting the monitoring of outsourcing and partnership relationships by updating KPIs and tracking open items
- Assisting with basic analysis and reporting on partnership performance and operational metrics
- Helping to ensure transparency by tracking timelines, dependencies, and next steps across initiatives
- Gaining exposure to compliance-related requirements in a regulated banking environment
This role offers the opportunity to learn how business development, compliance, and operational execution come together.
Your Profile
We are looking for a motivated working student who is eager to learn and interested in business development, partnerships, and financial services.
You bring:
- Ongoing studies in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law, Information Systems, or a comparable field
- Ability and willingness to learn quickly and familiarize yourself with new topics, tools, and processes
- Interest in and basic understanding of project management methods
- Interest in business development, partnerships, and regulated environments
- A reliable and detail-oriented working style
- The ability to communicate clearly with different stakeholders
- Very good written and spoken English (German is a plus)
Ideally, you also have:
- First exposure to fintech, banking, compliance, or project work (e.g. through coursework, internships, or student jobs)
- Basic experience working with documentation tools such as Confluence, Jira, or similar systems
- Curiosity about how commercial, legal, and operational topics intersect in financial services
