Team
The Process Design & Innovation (PDI) team is part of Raisin’s Customer Service organization. We lead the Customer Service automation agenda, working closely with Product and Tech to identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
We design, optimize, and standardize processes that support scalable operations, ensure compliance, and reduce unnecessary complexity.
Our team acts as a bridge between operational practice, product development, risk, and regulatory requirements — ensuring that complex topics become simple, reliable workflows for our service teams and customers.
Your Responsibilities
- Design, document, and implement customer service processes, projects, big rollouts, and automation initiatives.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of new or improved workflows — from understanding requirements to rollout, stabilization, and handover.
- Research and quickly build subject-matter understanding in areas you have not worked with before, ensuring you can design processes confidently and accurately even in unfamiliar contexts.
- Identify operational risks and ensure that new processes include appropriate controls.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, Compliance, and Operations to ensure feasibility, alignment, and smooth execution.
- Translate complex topics into operational simplicity through clear, executable designs and documentation.
- Act proactively: spot issues early, take initiative, and push progress independently across teams.
