Raisin is the world's leading platform for savings and investment products. Founded in 2012, the FinTech connects consumers with banks in the EU, the UK and the US. This gives consumers better interest rates and banks a diversified form of refinancing. Our vision is to offer savings and investments without barriers and thus open up the global +150 trillion euro market.

Raisin works with over 300 banks. Today, the platform holds over 75 billion euros in assets from around one million customers which have accrued over 5 billion euros in interest with their investments.

Team

The Enterprise IT Support team provides internal IT support for all employees of the Raisin group and associated collaborators across the globe, mainly in continental Europe, the UK and the US.

We ensure that everyone at Raisin can work smoothly and securely by managing IT equipment, handling onboarding and offboarding, configuring account permissions, and troubleshooting issues related to our software tools and hardware. We also administrate and improve our central Service tooling architecture and the physical IT infrastructure in our different office locations.

We are looking for a Working Student, available for a minimum commitment of one year. This is a hybrid role that requires on-site presence at our Frankfurt office two days per week.

Your Responsibilities

As a Working Student in Enterprise IT, you will:

  • Support the daily operations of our IT equipment and inventory at the Munich office, both in-person and online.

  • Prepare laptops, accessories, and onboarding setups to welcome new team members smoothly.

  • Be the first point of contact for IT-related requests, using Jira Service Management to track and resolve tickets.

  • Assist in maintaining the local network infrastructure and printer systems.

  • Help administer software tools such as GitLab, Miro, Jira, and Confluence.

  • Collaborate on internal IT projects and improve team processes.

  • Keep our IT documentation tidy, useful, and up to date.

Your Profile

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Curious about technology and passionate about making it accessible for everyone.

  • Comfortable working with hardware – cables, ports, accessories – and ideally both MacOS and Windows systems.

  • A strong communicator, ready to engage with colleagues and explain technical matters clearly.

  • Eager to take initiative, but also not afraid to ask for support when needed.

  • Organized and analytical, with a good sense for prioritizing tasks.

  • Bonus: Familiar with IT ticketing systems or patch/software deployment.

  • German skills are a plus.

Join our mission, join our team – and grow with us!

At Raisin, we care about each other and it is one of our top priorities to foster an open and caring environment in which everyone feels welcome and comfortable. Our culture is strongly driven by our ambitious team, which connects more than 75 different nationalities.

As part of our team, you will benefit from

  • Employee Development Budget of €400 and one full training day per year.

  • Access to Babbel for continuous language learning.

  • Flexible working hours, home office and 20 vacation days per year.

  • Enjoy more than 50+ different sports with Urban Sports Club: We subsidize your membership with more than €20 per month.

  • Hungry all the time? Snacks, daily fresh fruit as well as drinks provided at the office.

  • Enjoy yearly company retreats to exciting European cities and other (virtual) team events, such as Lunch & Learn, Tech Lunch, Female Empowerment Forum, CEO Talks as well as our yearly Summer- and Winter Party.
