Growth and Business Operations Lead - Raisin for Advisors (US)

We’re hiring the first team member for Raisin for Advisors. You’ll be a highly cross-functional generalist, working closely with the overall business head to build, launch, and grow this new line of business. Your work will span strategy, business development, product collaboration, advisor success, and operations.
This role has high ownership, rapid learning, and the chance to build a new business at the intersection of fintech and wealth management.
Your Responsibilities
- Support and scale business development efforts with RIAs and distribution platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing to create collateral and thought leadership content.
- Attend RIA industry conferences to build relationships and discuss the new Raisin for Advisors platform.
- Help build playbooks and content for advisor onboarding, training, and relationship management.
- Serve as a point of contact for advisors and integration partners pre- and post-rollout.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape platform roadmap.
- Synthesize advisor feedback and market trends into actionable insights.
- Drive the definition of business KPIs and surface new growth opportunities.
- Build operational processes for onboarding, reporting, and advisor success.
- Manage cross-functional projects (e.g., first RIA launch).
- Help build team infrastructure—CRM, documentation, feedback loops.
Your Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in a multi tasking, fast-paced environment: top-tier consulting or finance, startups, fintech, B2B SaaS, or internal strategy/product/bizops.
- Excellent communicator across audiences (external partners, internal stakeholders).
- Bias to action — you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and figure things out.
- Structured thinker with analytical skills to define and measure success.
- Curious and entrepreneurial — you thrive in ambiguity and take initiative.
- Experience in savings, wealth management, or advisor platforms.
- Exposure to product development or GTM launches.
- Be the first hire in a new business line with startup-level autonomy.
- Work directly with experienced leaders across product, partnerships, and engineering.
- Shape the product, strategy, and team from day one.
