Team
Relationship Management is primarily focussed on managing day to day relationships with Raisin’s partner banks, owning or assisting the management of key accounts and project managing the addition and expansion of new banks onto Raisin’s and our B2B partners' marketplaces, improving their technical integration with us to ensure scalability and the growth of their assets under management - essential to the long-term growth and success of Raisin across the Europe and the UK.

We are ultimately accountable for owning and managing our key relationships and accounts, taking direct responsibility for the performance and reporting of those accounts and bringing new savings products to the consumer market.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be an individual with the ability to manage senior stakeholders, both externally and internally. We’re a high growth fintech business, so the ability to work on multiple relationships and ad-hoc projects concurrently is key.

In addition, you will contribute to projects - ranging from launching new types of savings products onto the marketplace, to technical migration of banks and many more. Our impact and stakeholders are broad. Therefore, we have a good view of priorities and of what is changing, and others rely on our ability to communicate these changes (and their impact).
Your Responsibilities
  • Building and managing relationships with key stakeholders of our partner banks on a day to day basis.
  • Developing a solid understanding of our banks’ requirements and helping our partner banks succeed on the Raisin platform; working closely with our marketing and distribution teams.
  • Reporting on the progress of relationships and projects to internal stakeholders.
  • Supporting the wider RM team with special projects and new product launches as and when required.
  • Working with the wider global teams on key projects as and when required.
  • Ensuring product information and documentation is up to date and maintained within our systems.
Your Profile
  • 2 years+ proven track record of managing relationships in financial services, banking or high growth start-up environments.
  • Excellent English and German is essential.
  • At least undergraduate degree (finance-related is preferred).
  • Constant desire to learn - we offer multiple trainings / training budget to support you.
  • Ability to be hands on in a high pressure environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

About us

Raisin is the trailblazer in the savings and investment space. Founded in 2012, the fintech company started by opening the $95+ trillion deposits and investments market of the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States to consumers.

Today, Raisin serves more than one million customers in these three markets, offering savings products as well as investment and pension products.
