The opportunity


As Regional Director France-Belgium, you will be at the helm of one of PriceHubble’s most strategic and high-potential regions. Reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer, you will lead and scale a cross-functional business team across Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success, with full ownership of the region’s growth and performance.

This is a pivotal leadership role for a strategic, data-driven commercial leader who thrives on impact and wants to shape the future of PropTech in France and Belgium. You’ll join a fast-growing, international scale-up backed by a strong brand and innovative product suite, and play a key role in accelerating our regional footprint and client value


The impact you will have

Commercial Leadership & Strategy

  • Define and execute the regional go-to-market strategy in alignment with company objectives.
  • Own the revenue and growth targets for the France-Belgium region, ensuring delivery of ambitious commercial goals.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing regional team across Sales, Account Management, and CSM, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and performance.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the CSO and Executive Team on regional priorities, risks, and market dynamics.

Sales Execution & Business Development

  • Personally drive key deals and partnerships, leveraging your network and industry expertise.
  • Continuously expand our regional client base through a mix of strategic hunting and farming activities.
  • Identify new verticals, channels, or market segments with high potential, and design tailored approaches for each.
  • Represent PriceHubble in industry events, client forums, and high-level meetings.

Customer Success & Retention

  • Oversee the development of key account plans, renewal strategies, and upsell initiatives.
  • Ensure our most strategic customers derive measurable value from our solutions and remain long-term partners.
  • Partner closely with Product and Tech teams to deliver customer feedback and influence roadmap priorities.

Data & Operational Excellence

  • Ensure Salesforce data integrity and provide visibility into forecasts, pipeline health, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Finance and RevOps to derive insights that drive informed commercial decisions.

Your Experience & Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or business leadership, ideally in the FinTech PropTech, or Enterprise software.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling regional markets, including sourcing, closing, and managing complex deals with mid-to-large enterprise clients.
  • Strong leadership track record, with experience managing multi-disciplinary commercial teams.
  • A robust professional network in banking, insurance, real estate, or related sectors in France and/or Belgium.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills—confident at C-level engagements.
  • Data- and performance-driven mindset, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • High autonomy, entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for scaling impactful businesses.
  • Native or fluent French speaker, and full professional fluency in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
