Your role
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of mid to high-value clients, developing long-term relationships with them to ensure their satisfaction and retention. You will act as the primary point of contact for your clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet their business objectives. Your goal will be to drive revenue growth and manage retention by securing renewals.

Your Responsibilities
- You manage a portfolio of existing clients - your focus is on managing retention and growing your current client base via upsell & cross-sell campaigns
- You lead renewals from end to end
- You connect with key high-value stakeholders with which you can establish growth opportunities
- You develop an understanding of our customer workflows in order to propose customized solutions that can improve our customer value
- You use BI tools to keep track of customer usage and detect tendencies
- You proactively reach out to your key clients to collect feedback and areas of improvement on a quarterly basis
- You collaborate with internal teams to advocate for client needs and ensure their success
- You provide regular performance reports and updates to clients
- You keep the CRM up to date, recording client engagement and communication
- You pro-actively escalate at risk customers to your team and ensure a strategic follow up
