Role:

As an IT Support Intern at PriceHubble, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our experienced IT professionals and contribute to the daily operations of our IT Support. You will play a crucial role in helping to ensure the smooth functioning of our technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in person.

- Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

- Assist in the management of user accounts and access permissions.

- Collaborate with IT team members on special projects and initiatives.

- Document IT procedures and maintain knowledge base articles.

- Keep inventory records of hardware and software assets.

- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or recent graduate.

- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills, including proficiency in English.

- Ability to work independently and in a team.

- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems is a plus.

- Hands-on experience in a real-world IT environment.
